FAQ

Good to know.

I am a US citizen living in Switzerland — do I have to file a US tax return?

As a rule, yes: US citizens are subject to US tax regardless of where they live. In addition, foreign accounts must be reported on an FBAR if their combined value exceeds a certain threshold. We prepare your returns, catch up on missed years and also advise on renouncing citizenship.

I have not met my US tax obligations so far — what now?

We clarify your situation and inform you about the IRS programmes that allow you to bring your tax affairs into compliance and avoid serious consequences.

Do you also support companies with ties to the USA?

Yes. We advise companies entering the US market or establishing themselves in Switzerland and handle US reporting obligations and US payroll tax — coordinated with the Swiss side.
