When do I need an advance care directive?
With an advance care directive (Vorsorgeauftrag) you decide who represents you if you lose capacity — for example after an accident or due to illness. Without one, the adult protection authority may decide. We help you draft it, as well as a living will.
What does an executor do?
The executor carries out your last will: managing the estate, paying debts and taxes and preparing the division of the estate. You appoint the executor in your will. On request, we take on this role.
What is the advantage of mediation?
In mediation the parties work out a solution together with a neutral specialist — faster, cheaper and more confidential than court proceedings. It has proven particularly effective in workplace conflicts, between shareholders and in inheritance matters.
